I don't remember ever seeing anyone Island-related selling iPhones.

(There are a ton of "spam scams" that post highly-questionable ads to any web forum in sight -- I wouldn't touch these with a 10' pole and they're deleted on sight if they're believed to be unknown 'spamvertisers'.)
