Help wanted: cottage foundation coating

Hi. I was all set to seal my cottage foundation with thoro-seal or similar product, but I fell and broke my wrist. So...looking for someone skilled and willing to take on what I think is a one-day project. Approx. 270 square feet of foundation. Worn very thin in some spots.
