The Beaver Island Wildlife Club is sponsoring a Hunter's Safety Field Day on the island Sept. 28th. This is the final piece of the process to get your certificate and be able to purchase a hunting license in the State of Michigan.
There is still time to complete the Hunter's Safety online course at
https://www.hunter-ed.com/michigan/
Only after you complete the online portion can you take the Field Day portion and it is rarely offered on the Island. So, take advantage of this opportunity to get your certificate or your children get theirs.
After completing the online portion, call Levi Connor and let him know you are ready to participate in the Field Day.
