After staying up late on Halloween Eve only to find the aurora forecast for that night was a bust, my wife and I tried again when a new solar flare meant a possibility of lights on the night of November 3rd. It was amazing! She's shared some of these photos on Facebook but I wanted to post some here for the people who frequent the forum.
The dark skies here are a treasure. We feel privileged to share this beautiful island with so many nice folks. We look forward to continuing to meet new people in the coming years.
