Don't Forget Gerrish Family Concert Tonight. Mon 7/6/2015

Join us tonight at 7:30 PM and the Gregg Fellowship Center and you will be glad you did. The Gerrish family, gradparents Sandy and John, have been coming to Beaver Island since 1992 and own a cabin on the west side.

They are a very talented family of strings musicians who also play many other instruments and sing. Family members performing tonight include 6 young adult grandchildren.

Their afternoon Children's concert today was enjoyed by adults and children alike. Those attending had the opportunity to handle and play many instruments.

Tonight's concert will last a little over an hour.

All proceeds go to the Beaver Island Historical Society.

If you missed this concert, you missed an amazing evening of music, from impressionism to classicism to modern and popular music. I'm so glad that I went and recorded this historic event at the Gregg Fellowship Center.
