Due to the transition of Judith Gallagher, Beaver Island Community School is accepting letters of interest from candidates interested in serving on the Board of Education. The appointment will be made at the board's July 13, 2015, Regular School Board Meeting. The appointment will last until the November 2016 General Election, at which time the appointed candidate may choose to run for election.
Letters of interest must be received in the school office no later than 2:00 p.m. Friday, July 10, 2015, addressed to Susi Myers, Board President, Beaver Island Community School, 37895 King's Highway, Beaver Island, MI 49782.
