Your Opinion Matters to the Beaver Island Rural Health Center!
In an effort to better serve patients and the community the Beaver Island Rural Health Center is seeking community input through an online survey. The survey should take less than 10 minutes to complete.
An independent research firm is conducting the survey and all results are strictly confidential. This survey is for anyone who has enjoyed our beautiful island, whether visitor, part time or full time resident.
