Wine Pairing Dinner at Beaver Island Lodge

A five course food and wine pairing dinner will be held at the Beaver Island Lodge on Friday October 5th at 7:00 pm.

first

NON FRIED FRIED CHEESE
port salut, crispy purple couliflower,meyer lemon jam,
habanero vinaigrette

second

FRESH HERB GNOCCHI
fall squash puree, charred corn salsa

third

MOROCCAN SPICED TUNA
wasabi-pea puree, fresh pepper fennel slaw,
yuzu vinaigrette

fourth

ROASTED VENISON LOIN
parsnip puree, root beer molasses, crispy parsnips

fifth

CARAMALIZED WHITE CHOCOLATE GOAT CHEESE CAKE
mango sorbotto, shaved chocolate
