Silent Auction for Tunes

If you're not able to attend the 3rd Annual "Is Everybody Happy?" Party, never fear, you will still be able to bid on items in our silent auction! While we still have specific items at the event that only partygoers can bid on, we do have a large collection of fantastic items & packages that can be bid on right from your phone, no matter where you are. We are sharing the auction link now so you can start viewing and be ready to start bidding at 5:00 PM, Saturday, May 25th.
Here are a few of the important details:
Register ahead of time. Whether you will be bidding on these items at the party or from the comfort of your home, register ahead of time to make the process go smoothly for you once the auction starts. Registration is quick, doesn't require you to enter any payment info and you can do it right now. BIDDING ON THESE ITEMS AT THE PARTY WILL ALSO REQUIRE YOU TO USE OUR ONLINE BIDDING PLATFORM from your phone or an IPad we will have on site. We will have a great selection of silent auction items at the event that use the traditional method of bidding sheets as well.
Once the auction opens, you can go to the items that you would like to bid on and set your max bidding price for the convenience of automated bidding. For example, if you would like to win the Belvedere Golf Package, but you know you don't want to pay anymore than $500, set that as your highest bid and the platform will automatically bid for you each time you have been outbid until you reach your max bid of $500. You will receive a text each time you are outbid.
Bidding is open from 5:00-8:45 PM.
If you are not at the party, we will contact you the following day to make payment arrangements.
