Any sawmills available for sale?

I am contemplating purchasing a new sawmill (small woodmizer). Before I go ahead with the purchase I thought I would see if anything is available already on island.

I have a woodmizer LT 40 which I might sell. It has very low hours.

The lt40 looks like more sawmill than I need or can afford. It looks nice.
