Looking for a 2020 Fall and Winter rental

I'm moving my family to the island this fall and we are looking for a place to rent. We will be able to stay at my dad's house if we can't find a rental, but we would rather not intrude. Looking for somewhere to stay until spring. Thanks in advance for any leads.
