Part-year residents missing the island

I am a part-year resident of the island, I guess more of a vacationer who owns a place on the island, at least until now. My family has owned land on the island since 1998.

I retire April 8 and had anticipated spending many weeks on BI starting in early May. Alas, the COVID-19 pandemic. I understand totally why year-round residents cannot have part-year residents return to the island right now. Still, I will greatly miss my BI "fix." I just wanted to wish everyone on the island good health and peace during this trying time. Hopefully I will see you soon. John Goeke
