Do you have an extra room?

Call out to Beaver Island residents! Do you have an extra room or rooms? Would you consider renting for a couple of nights? Do you have a rental that is not booked? Please let us know. The Beaver Island Music Festival needs more rooms for wonderful people that want to come to the Island and attend the festival. These people would be mature adults that would prefer not to camp or have a specific reason that camping does not work for them. You can set your own guidelines with us before we connect you with a potential festival goer. Call Carol at 231-838-2883

CJ and I have a small guest house adjacent to the main house which we would be happy to rent out during the festival it will sleep 4 comfortably has hot and cold running water small kitchen sink wood stove outdoor hot shower in the guest are welcome to use the first floor bathroom in our main house. My English Setters May welcome them to the house when they come and go. Of course no smoking inside the house but outside is fine and we have a beautiful deck or them to relax on. I have no idea what to charge and hope you will call me back and give me some idea. Thanks Mark and CJ 448-2404
