Joddy, Sorry to hear of your troubles. You should be high and dry at your location. Font Lake must be high this year. Maybe Jimmy can cut a creek to drain some of it off. As a pirate, I have water all around me but if it ever breached into my basement, I'm SUNK. Hope you get to the bottom of it. :(

We had a little bit over St. Pats during the rain while the ground was still frozen. Hopefully it hasnt been worse with the thaw we will find out later next week.

Joddy, Sorry to hear it flooded your studio area. I would be soaking my bones but in rum to ease the pain. The house that John McCafferty and Crowns built out there by you doesn't have a basement but I know the crawl space flooded often. You might want to check with them to see if they are experiencing high water. Not sure who owns the house now, I know they added a big garage. Hopefully you can find the cause.
Keep the music alive my friend. :-" 8) :-"
