The Petoskey News has her name in the obituaries but no arrangements as yet
How sad to hear. I was just discussing Loy with Uncle Buster Elms in Florida over spring break. She was a great lady and taught me how to make an awesome chocolate pie! I also recall fondly getting a Frosty Root Beer from her at the Beachcomber.
Yet another of the wonderful old time Islander character dying off. Very sad...
