off season rental 2022 - 2023

September 2022 through June 2023 or subset of months in that range. Near ferry best. If not, need road that is plowed and some sort of roof to park car under. We are a retired couple with a dog. Want to move to Beaver Island but should experience winter first. Perhaps a new, casual, or circumstantial landlord who is not tied in a real estate company will see this. Have already contacted S. Richards about a more formal arrangement.
