BIBCO moving

I just saw the post about the Ferry moving. What are they going to do with the current property? I hope that it makes parking more user friendly.

Good that the dock will be more accessible and easier to access.

Bad that the trips will be 10-15 minutes longer and the issue of ice up can shorten the season.
