Lost Bumper

Someone lost a bumper with a Michigan License Plate still on it. The plate number is DHN 7178. It was in the middle of Paid een Og at Donnell Mor's Lane. I moved it off to the side of the road.

The bumper belongs to Randy Osborn, he cannot seem to find it along the road??

When I drove past there a few hours later....it was gone!
