Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program!
Brand new on Beaver Island! Utilizing an evidence-based, certified recreational exercise program to assist in reducing pain level, increase mobility, and enhance the ability to cope with arthritis, the Beaver Island Senior Center seeks to provide trained, guided physical activity programs that are both safe and beneficial for all participants.

Sessions last for 45 minutes to 1 hour max and include fun group activities!

Provided by AFEP-trained instructors Ann Partridge and Pam Nicholas.
