Perry E. Crawford, 80, of Ellenton, died October 1, 2007. He was a Naval Veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife Henrietta and son, Allan. He is survived by his longtime partner, Darlene Roberts; sons, Patrick (Pattie Lockton) of Illinois, Michael of Michigan, Karl of Florida and daughter, Katherine (Jim) Aman of Michigan; and five grandchildren and one great-grandson. Services will be in Franklin, N.C.

Perry and his family lived on the island in the 60â??s. Pat, Mike and Kathy still come to the island.
Perry built and operated the Erin Motel and Beaver Tail Restaurant(Currently Albinâ??s Lakeside Sports).
