Thanks to the Beaver Island Boat Company

I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Beaver Island Boat Company crew, staff and those behind the scenes who gave us another terrific trip to Mackinaw City. It's a great way for the Boat Company to say thanks to it's customers who have been traveling back and forth on the boat over the years.

There were over 50 passengers aboard. Some took the free shuttle to the Kewadin Casino in St. Ignace for a few hours to lose their money (myself included) and still had time to come back to Mackinaw City and walk around to the many shops and wet our whistles at the local American Legion! Others went to Mackinaw Island for the day and a few just stayed in Mackinaw City and enjoyed the day there.

The three hour boat ride itself is enjoyable as you have time to visit and enjoy passing Grayâ??s Reef and White Shoals and of course riding under the Mackinaw Bridge.

Itâ??s a great day trip and I hope even more people will be interested in the trip next year.
