Who made the new trail signs?

My family and I enjoyed hiking on the south side of the island this year, thanks to signs and marked trees. Please see:

I thought the differentiation between where machines and hikers were welcome was smart for all concerned, given the risks of getting stuck and turned around.
Who is responsible for the Buffalo Camp and other trail signs that made exploring more fun? Thanks in advance.
