Roberta "Holiday" McDonough-RIP

Roberta McDonough passed away last night after a long and courageous battle with cancer, she was 58 years old. A complete obituary will follow. Condolences to her mother Charlotte and all her brothers and sisters and her children.

(MCDONOUGH) Roberta Kay Huey, age 58, went to be with her Lord, Thursday, March 29, 2007. She was preceded in death by her father Robert McDonough and her sister Judy McDonough. Roberta will be lovingly remembered by her husband, Robert Huey; her daughters, Shannon (David Lee) Miller, Richelle (Cody) Mast of Sandy, UT, Kellie (James) Wiltjer; her grandchildren Tonya and Blake Miller, Tyler and Gracie Huey, Ryker Mast, Saddie Wiltjer; her great-grandsons, Chase Miller and Nathan Thompson; her mother, Charlotte McDonough; her siblings, Mary Sue (Mike) Anderson, Kathleen (Bill) Graham, Sally (Dave) Koeze, Philomena (Al) Heintz, Beth (Craig) Behrens, Gail (Chuck) DeLeeuw, Sharon (Kent) Grove, Patricia Iciek, Robert (Jill) McDonough, Colleen (Mike) Sellers, Margaret (Andy) Vavere, John McDonough, Kevin (Theresa) McDonough; her parents-in-law, Robert and Mary Huey; her siblings-in-law, Cathy Smith, Edward (Lisia) Huey, Shirley Huey, Michael Huey, Denise (Joe) DeVries, Ruthann (Ken) Merriweather; and many nieces, nephews and friends. A time for relatives and friends to visit with Roberta's family will be held from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Friday at the Cook Memorial Chapel in Grandville, 4235 Prairie St. SW (east building). Funeral Services will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at the Cook Memorial Chapel (East building). If you are unable to attend the visitation or service you may sign the family's Memory Book on-line at www.cookfuneralservices.com. In honor of Roberta, contributions may be made to the American Legion (Ladies Aux. Scholarship Fund), the American Cancer Society or Hospice of Michigan. Cook Funeral and Cremation Services.
