Ken, I'm not aware of any murals being planned for installation at the new BIRHC, although I have heard some discussion of comissioning a mural for PABI's future Community House, possibly involving artwork by an illustrator whose work hangs in Montaage...maybe this is what you've heard?

With all of the heat and issues surrounding the medical center I hope to God that no one is planning a mural unless someone who wants to make a name for themselves does it for exposure not profit!! In fact, we have an excellent artist right here on the island in the name of Pat Boyle who could do the job.
