Aroma Therapy Stress Relief
Pure essential oils will be burned while practicing yoga postures that can assist in reducing everyday stresses. A mild to moderate yoga class intended for all skill levels. Leave with a sample of the oils we will use during class.

Back Pain Relief
This workshop is for those that experience mild or intermittent back pain with everyday activities. Postures that may help to reduce or avoid back pain will be taught. All skill levels welcome.
If you are under the care of a physician for back or neck pain/injury or had back/neck surgery this workshop is NOT intended for you.

YOGA WORKSHOP Sunday July 15th 6:00 p.m.

Many requests have been made to incorporate Relief from BACK PAIN in this Sunday's workshop. The workshop will focus more on movements and benefits for stress & everyday back pain. Although we will have some essential oils 'lightly' burning, they will not be the topic of the workshop. ALL levels are encouraged to come, and NO yoga experience is necessary- just the willingness to be present.

PLEASE call 448-3091 to register you do not have to pay the $15 in advance, but we minimum 4 participants to have the workshop. Walk in's are welcome of course. Class will end before 8:00 p.m.

If you are recovering from back or neck surgery or traumatic back or neck injury this workshop is not intended for you.
