Citizen of the Year Nomination Deadline

The last day for nominations is April 4th.

There are two possible awards: Individual and Organization.

The award(s) will honor an individual, couple or community organization that has made a significant contribution to making Beaver Island a better place to live, work or visit.

The Shamrock will offer the following for the Citizen of the Year banquet on Saturday April 28th. Please call The Shamrock (231) 448-2278 for reservations.

Dinner will include salad starter, meal and desert.
Grilled chicken breast with fresh mushroom risotto 19.00
Grilled Atlantic Salmon with asparagus and roasted potatoes 23.00
Prime Rib with asparagus and baked potato 24.00

The Beaver Island Comedy Club will be the featured entertainment with a special Chamber show at the awards banquet.

Last minute nominations can be dropped off at the Chamber of Commerce office on Main Street until 3:00 PM on Wednesday the 4th or emailed to: Chamber@BeaverIsland.org
