Navy boot camp graduation

Roger and I had a great weekend as we witnessed Julie's graduation from Navy boot camp at the Great Lakes Training Facility in Chicago. It was a very impressive and moving event as we watched with so many other parents as our sons and daughters became United States Sailors. There were 881 of them this week! Julie will stay in Chicago for another 8 weeks for specialty training and then will go to San Diego. Needless to say, we are very proud of her!

Roger & Nancy I'm so proud of her as well. While Drew and I will miss seeing her every summer at Daddy Franks it's more exciting to know she is on an adventure of a life time while serving her country. Please give her our best next time you speak. Drew and I would love to write to her if you are able to share a her mailing address. Congradulations Julie !!!
