Fall Phragmites Care

Post by Pam Grassmick »

For those individuals who have seed heads on their treated plants, now is the time to cut them and burn on site. Research demonstrates that the Phragmites plants drop their seeds in the winter. By removing the seed heads, you will be providing a more effective treatment for your property. Thank you for your continued assistance in protecting our Island's shoreline.
