New Realtor Members

I have noted that there has been a number of realtors joining as members of the Forum. Is there a reason for all the new realtors joining?

Gold was discovered in the headwaters of Iron Ore Creek, there is currently a boom in the real estate market and realtors are flooding the island......

You would think they discovered gold. Most of them list Florida as the address so I was thinking it might be the Fountain of Youth was discovered on the island.
