Are these the same boat?

Yes, the American Girl was built to look that way in 1922 and was rebuilt in 1928 with an enclosed house bow to stern, she was used originally to pick up fruit along the Canadian shore (or deliver it) and later on to pick up fish at various Great Lakes ports. Thanks for posting the photo!!
