YOGA- NO Monday only Tues & Thurs Yoga

Don't miss the last two yoga class at the Community Center. Island yoga is a great chance to TRY yoga, or to get your practice in while visiting. August 23 & 25th last yoga classes.

TUESDAY VINYASA YOGA- 9:30 - 10:45 a.m. Vinyasa meaning Flow- this class will offer a moderate to intermediate flow. Different postures are explained & beginner modifications are offered. Feel free to just try the class at your pace.

THURSDAY GENTLE / BASIC YOGA- 9:30 - 10:45 a.m.
This class is slightly faster pace then Yoga 101, but considered a gentle class. If you want to spice up your pace you can in this class also.

Mats & Blocks available
No perfumes or scents please
Strongly suggested not to eat ONE hour prior to class
Suggested donation of $10 for the class stay with the Community Center

Hi here i have a question related to Yoga . i've heard alots of peoples told that yoga is best exercise for lossing some weight too ? is it really possible because i believe that it's just a exercise for muscles and mental relaxation . Please correct me if i am wrong .
