Yoga postures can help improve your posture, ease pressure, relieve tightness, increase circulation, strength, and help you become more flexible. This is also a great class for those just wanting to learn postures to keep their spine supple, or a chance to get in a gentle practice.
Join us Wednesday July 27th at 4:30 p.m. to learn a few postures that can help bring many of your joints into proper adjustment with continued practice.
