What do cows most like to read? Answer to follow this Charlevoix County Commission on Aging on Beaver Island activity update. Also note the new hours with designated times at the old lighthouse school porperty.
At 1 p.m. on Friday, April 28, is Reading Pals at the Beaver Island District Library. Those who signed up with the COA are asked to be at the Beaver Island District Library by 1 p.m. on Friday. Those who have no idea about Reading Pals are asked to call 231-448-2124.
At 8 a.m. on Friday April 28, is Coffee Talk at the Beaver Island Community Center. From 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. those who are age 60 and older are invited to enjoy FREE COFFEE, DONUTS and CONVERSATION at the BIC Center. For more information, call the BIC Center at 231-448-2022 or the C.O.A. at 231-448-2124.
