Dust control?

Two years ago, it seems to me that there was some sort of dust control on the island. I may be wrong. Last weekend I was up and did not notice this to be the case. This will surely, determine if use the car wash on King's highway!! :lol:

They were applying the dust control today
Because of the cost and since it only lasts so long, I think they wait to put it on until the most traffic is on the roads.

Jeff,are you referring to Mother Nature applying the "dust control"? I like that!!
