Hello!

I need someone local to add a "for sale" sign and take a few photos of land I am helping someone sell on E Side Dr. (by Martin's bluff/ Wicklow Beach) (We both live out of state.) Will reimburse for materials used and fee for photos ($50 + materials).

Looking for:
1. A photo of the "for sale" sign on the property (zoomed in)
2. A wide view of the property from across the street
3. Bonus if you have a boat or drone and can take video or photos of the lake view (will pay $100 extra)

I'm willing to negotiate on the price, but need the photos ASAP.
