The old Rectory

Does anyone know if the Rectory is going to be open this year ? I know last year it wasn't and I heard that someone bought it and was going to fix it up but hadn't yet.
Coming up on Memorial weekend for my 3rd year in a row. Can't wait to get back to the Island life for a while !!
