Please join us for yoga this week at the Community Center.

MONDAY~ BASIC VINYASA (flow) 9:30 - 10:30 a.m.
We will slowly flow (Vinyasa) from one posture to another. Posture alignment will be explained giving students a greater opportunity to feel comfortable in attending this and other yoga classes, and more importantly to keep you safe. This class will help energize your entire body.
Great opportunity for any skill level to learn more about the postures & alignment.

Also MONDAY ~ THERAPEUTIC/CHAIR YOGA at 11:00 a.m.

WEDNESDAY~ RESTORATIVE YOGA 9:30 - 10:30 a.m.
Amazing benefits for 'restoring' the body and mind using seated postures held for longer periods of time while softening the muscles and encouraging passive stretching to work on the deep, dense connective tissues. With continued practice, these postures help bring balance & flexibility to the body. We invite you to take the opportunity to nurture your body, mind, and soul. BRING a small pillow and/or large towel if possible. THIS CLASS IS FOR ALL LEVELS.

FRIDAY~ BASIC VINYASA ~ 9:30 - 10:30 a.m.
Start your Friday morning off with a yoga flow to energize you for your weekend on the island. Same description as Monday.

* Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class
* Mats, Blocks & Hand Towels available
* No perfumes should be worn
* Suggested not to eat or drink ONE hour prior to class (maybe a small coffee)
* Bottled water for sale at the counter or bring your own
* All level classes for everyone. If you have injuries or concerns please inquire on Therapeutic Yoga

All classes are $10.00 and your entire amount is donated to the Community Center. Sue S. and I have donated our time, purchased props, several students and Community center volunteers have also donated yoga props to allow us all to have a greater experience with our yoga classes. A donation is a sacred act of giving and you will place your $10.00 donation in the wooden box.
Your amount is greatly appreciated and has made an impact in supporting the center that we all love so much.

Private sessions are available. If you are interested in yoga for a particular health concern or want to learn inversions or just a deeper understanding of the foundation of yoga private sessions are a great way to go. Discount for multiple sessions. See Lisa.

Due to many wonderful events occurring at the Community Center, we advise you to check the center's web site, Facebook page and/or the forum for schedule changes.
Shanti [peace]
