The Wildlife Club will be once again working on an aspen cut beginning this Friday, 1/25/19 off Johnny Martin's trail. Lunch will provided! Great venison soup, cheese, crackers...dessert!
10 am to 2 or 3 p.m. We need help with this endeavor to improve edible habitat for the wildlife of the island. Anyone who knows how to operate a chainsaw is needed. Gas and oil will be provided too.
Will continue on Fridays as weather permits.
Great opportunity to help out and get in the out of doors.
Follow entrance at "Here's Thuja" sign, past Stewart's abode to the gravel pit.
Please call Phil Wyckoff (448-2874) or Mark LaFreniere (448-2220) to let us know you are coming just in case we need to call off if weather is bad (too windy, too cold, raining- yea right!).
Hope to see a lot of you out there!
