Shoe boxes for bird rescue

Hi Islanders,

I have gone through about 20 shoe boxes for birds who have experienced a window strike. Each bird gets a new shoe box, a quiet closet out of the cold, and time to recover from a closed head injury until the next morning light. I consider it my closed head injury unit. I am in need of shoe boxes. In the event that you have any shoe boxes to share, please call me for pick up or to arrange for drop off. Thanks from "my feathered friends". I've not lost one bird that I have picked up and placed in a box.
