No, this isnâ??t from a headline on the mainland, it happed right here last weekend. The young woman had to be medivaced to the hospital. Anyone who knows anything, saw anyone tampering with someoneâ??s drink last Friday night, or knows about someone who has this drug in their possession is encouraged to call the Deputy Sheriff.

I am shocked that this would happen here and to such a nice young woman too. Just goes to show you that. We all need to be careful. Guard your drinks, do not leave them unattended. We have been sheltered on the island, but this nastiness has now invaded our security.

Pay attention and help if you can by reporting suspicious behavior.
