The Health Department of Northwest Michigan is hosting a Community Immunization Clinic at Beaver Island Community School Gymnasium.

The clinic is from 11:00 am to 3:00 pm; appointments are required. Please call 1-800-432-4121 to make an appointment. Waiver appointments need to be scheduled at the Health Department.

Children/students must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Payment: Please bring your insurance card, cash or personal check. (No credit cards)

Reminder of the immunization clinic on October 24th. I was told this morning that appointments are still open from 11:30-3 p.m. Flu, pneumonia, tetanus and diphtheria (whooping cough) available. 1-800-432-4121
