2017 Shoreline Invasive Species Survey

The following invasive shoreline plant survey was conducted in July of 2017. Funding was obtained by The Nature Conservancy and the Michigan Dune Alliance.

Yes, we still have 16 small areas of invasive Phragmites present on the Beaver Island shoreline. Other small stand include Lake Marie on High Island and Northcut Bay on Garden Island.
