Bike & Kayak & Truck

We are visiting the Island for the first time in a couple of weeks. We definitely want to bring our bikes but not sure about bringing our own kayaks vs. renting. Any recommendations?

If we bring our own, is there any way to transport them other than bringing over our truck?

Any suggestions for first timers to the Island?

It would probally be as cheap to rent ,compared to paying freight ,
Also Ken can use the business, the season on Beaver is very short.
