Beaver Island Michigan

Arriving in a couple of weeks for a nice long visit. How is the beach at Cable's Bay this summer? Worth the walk in? Or is it mucky like a few years ago? And with the water so much higher, what is Donegal Bay beach like? Room for a chair or towel? Is Iron Ore Bay nice and clear, or mucky? I realize any of the conditions can change from day to day and storm to storm. I don't need an update on Little Sand Bay because I will visit it to see for myself--cannot go a year without witnessing its evolution and transformation from year to year. Thanks so much!
