The BIAF PRIMARY purpose is to provide free spay and neutering for all cats and dogs on the Island. We have raised almost $800.00 so far. If you need help with other pet healthcare services let us know. Please contact Adam Wirth, Cindy Ricksgers or Jeff Powers for info. Thanks to Jeff Powers for the great discounted rates for the program and thanks to all the great folks helping us reduce the population of unwanted cats and dogs. Also, Andy Kohls from Andys grooming offers free nail trimming for all dogs. Thanks to all
