school year rental, no need to use a car

We are teachers, here in the summer only, and would like to rent our beautiful lakefront 3br, 1-1/2 bath house mid-Aug-June 1. Pine Street, walk to any spot in town within 10 minutes. Has a garage, willing to consider pets, furnished or not. 847 542 1982, Laurel or Bob

We would like 700/month, which would include heat (it's oil)
