Boodle 5k Volunteers

The Boodle 5k will be held on Saturday, October 1. If you would like to volunteer to help in this fundraiser for our school sports program, please contact me by sending an email to sallystebbins@att.net or call me at 2978 through September 29. After that date, please contact Carol Burton to volunteer. Volunteers are needed to work in the following time slots:
7:00 am: mark the route of the races
8:00 - 9:30: set up the check-in tables, food, etc
9:00 - 11:00: greeters, check-in forms, distributing shirts and pinning on numbers
11:00 - 1:00: water stations, timers, time trackers, slip organizers
11:30 - 1:00: announcers, food servers
1:00 pm: clean-up
Walk-ins are also welcome, but we would like to make sure we have all the jobs covered. Thank you to all volunteers!
