Greetings,

The short term rental listening sessions resulted in over 85 people attending both in person and online. Common themes between the two sessions included educating guests to the island, safety, septic, water, occupancy, infrastructure, and enforcement. A community forum will be scheduled to share data collected surrounding community input.
