Which performers would you see at a concert that costs 45 cents? The answer is at the end of this Charlevoix County Commission on Aging on Beaver Island announcement.

The COA office on Beaver Island will be closed from 10 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, January 4, 2024. I will be in the office till 6 p.m. on Thursday.

As of January 3, 2024, all meal voucher orders for the drop box require payment first. To do this place a check or money in the drop box with your meal voucher order. Or call first with the meal voucher order and the order will be fulfilled after payment is received. Call 231-448-2124 for more information.

Here are the COA upcoming hours at the Beaver Island Community Center.
1. Senior Coffee and donuts 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Friday, January 5.
2. Bingocize 11 a.m. on Monday, January 8.
3. Cardio Drumming 10 a.m. on Tuesday, January 9
4. Bingocize 11 a.m. on Wednesday, January 10
5. Chair Yoga 10 a.m. on Thursday, January 11
6. Tai Chi 11 a.m. on Thursday, January 11
7. Senior Coffee and donuts 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. on Friday, January 12.
