Looking for year round rental

Hello, I am reaching out to inquire if anyone is open to year round renting. I'm a single mom and have a 4 year old son, I'm looking to possibly accept a position at Island Airways as a mechanic but in need of housing. Any leads or advice is welcomed, I'd be lookin to move around September, October time. Thank you for your time.
